- Risk Assessments von Transaktionen inklusive Aufbereitung von Management Vorlagen und Vertretung in den Investment Committees für Investments in Real Estate; ggf. auch Infrastructure Equity & Forst & Agrar
- Regelmäßige prüfungssichere Bewertung eines Teilportfolios dieser Assetklassen, insbesondere Real Estate inklusive Objektbesichtigungen
- Durchführung quartalsweiser Impairment-Tests für dieses Teilportfolio
- Wertorientiertes und aufsichtsrechtliches Controlling (KAGB) für die MEAG Spezialfonds inklusive Kennzahlenanalyse, Stresstests und Sensitivitätsanalyse
- Laufender Marktresearch und Beobachtung der Immobilienmärkte sowie Durchführung von Portfolioanalysen und Aufstellung von Bewertungsprognosen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Hochschulstudium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Immobilienwirtschaft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Immobilienbewertung, idealerweise mit Zertifikat
- Erfahrung / Kenntnisse im Bereich Unternehmensbewertung und Unternehmenstransaktionen von Vorteil
- Mindestens dreijährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung bei einer Versicherung, Bank oder Finanzdienstleister oder Beratungsunternehmen
- Grundlagenwissen zu Accounting IFRS/HGB
- Begeisterung für Innovationen im fachlichen Bereich sowie ausgeprägter Teamgeist
- Kommunikationsstärke inklusive sehr guter Ausdrucksfähigkeit für Vorstandskommunikation in Investment Committees,
- Verhandlungsfähigkeit und gute Englischkenntnisse- und Deutschkenntnisse mit mindestens Level C1
