Your Responsibilities

• Handling service cases to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
• Analysis of gears and components, determining repair costs independently and as part of a team
• Providing application advice to customers
• Communicating with customers in German and English (verbal/written)
• Conducting customer visits in-house and on-site when necessary
• Contributing to department optimization to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
• Coordinating internally supporting departments

Your Profile

• State-certified mechanical engineering technician or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in customer service and/or drive technology is ideal
• Good English language skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of abas ERP and CRM Genesis World is advantageous
• Experience in project management
• Good resilience
