  • Proven experience in successfully managing customer relationships.
  • Open-mindedness and good communication for internal and external networking.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and make decisions.
  • Professional written and oral communication in German and English.
  • High-level negotiation skills.
  • Organisational and planning skills. Problem analysis and problem solving.
  • Ability to make formal presentations (to management, clients and other key stakeholders).
  • Persuasiveness, adaptability and ability to innovate and enjoy working in a team.
  • Must be mobile and willing to travel frequently
  • Responsibilities

    The Sales Manager will develop new business opportunities in their Sales Area, identify strategic growth drivers, propose action plans, liaise with the relevant internal departments and deliver the best performance to the Customers while protecting Berry CPI Division best interests. Very good sales opportunities from a wide portfolio of standard products for various applications. The Sales Manager will report to the Regional Sales Director – Personal Care Market.

    Primary Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement Berry Bramlage Divisional sales strategy to achieve sales development goals and revenues, specifically on the Personal Care market in an allocated sales area of the . & Benelux region.
  • Identify and look for new sales opportunities and areas of growth in domestic market
  • Promote and take advantage of the Berry CPI circular economy and sustainability transformation strategy to maximize growth of the business.
  • Conduct market research, competitor and customer analysis in order to identify sales opportunities.
  • Responsible for price, product mix and gross margin plans.
  • Prepare Budget and Forecast (annual, quarterly and monthly).
  • Active customer service for small and medium-sized companies.
  • Strong and trustful cooperation with the internal sales teams of factories in different countries
  • Position based in Germany.
