    Talent Management Specialist (w/m/d)

    As the Global Talent Management Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing talent management strategies and programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent across our organization. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Management, you will collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to identify talent needs, design solutions, and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and performance.     What you can expect

  • Collaborating with HR business partners and business leaders to conduct talent reviews, succession planning and to coach managers on performance management best practices.
  • You will develop talent profiles and succession plans as well as addressing development needs for key positions.
  • In addition, you will design and implement global learning programs aligned with business objectives as well as identify training needs through skill gap analyses, performance reviews, and talent assessments.
  • You will support the implementation and ongoing refinement of performance management processes and systems to drive a culture of accountability, feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Last but not least, you will collect, analyse, and interpret talent data to identify trends, In addition, you will develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key talent metrics, present findings to senior leadership and inform talent decisions.
  • What you bring

  • Your basis is a Bachelor ́s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, Master ́s degree preferred.
  • You have gained 3-5 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR leadership roles, preferably in a global or multinational environment and in designing and implementing global learning and development programs.
  • Naturally, you have a strong understanding of talent management principles, practices, and processes, including talent assessment, succession planning, performance management and employee development.
  • You bring excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret talent data to drive insights and decision-making. In addition, you have knowledge of HRIS (preferably Workday), talent management systems and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization complete your profile.
