- Collaborating with HR business partners and business leaders to conduct talent reviews, succession planning and to coach managers on performance management best practices.
- You will develop talent profiles and succession plans as well as addressing development needs for key positions.
- In addition, you will design and implement global learning programs aligned with business objectives as well as identify training needs through skill gap analyses, performance reviews, and talent assessments.
- You will support the implementation and ongoing refinement of performance management processes and systems to drive a culture of accountability, feedback and continuous improvement.

- Your basis is a Bachelor ́s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, Master ́s degree preferred.
- You have gained 3-5 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR leadership roles, preferably in a global or multinational environment and in designing and implementing global learning and development programs.
- Naturally, you have a strong understanding of talent management principles, practices, and processes, including talent assessment, succession planning, performance management and employee development.
- You bring excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret talent data to drive insights and decision-making. In addition, you have knowledge of HRIS (preferably Workday), talent management systems and data analysis tools.
