- Lead an international team (45 people)
- Contributes to the development of annual business application system plans, including the establishment of project priorities
- Assesses project viability, provides updates, reports, and recommends strategies and tactics to satisfy customer needs
- Creates periodic performance feedback sessions per the Touchpoint cadence, succession planning, individual feedback sessions, and group communication sessions
- Making sure the system in up and running
- 8+ Years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Experience in SAP BW on Hana, Business Objects and Power BI
- Knowledge of technology and tools is critical including ERP and distributed systems
