- Performing service work at customer's premises, including installation of hardware, software, and demonstrations alongside experienced specialists
- Documenting customer activities using CRM and MS Office tools
- Maintaining regular communication with team members
- Requirements:
- Completed training in IT, electrical engineering, or mechatronics, or relevant professional experience in service and support
- Experience in IT systems commissioning
- Fluency in German and English
- Positive attitude towards new challenges and collaborations
