As a Freelance Chair/Facilitator with a solid understanding of the business world and 15+ years of experience in large multinational to chair peer groups within different executive functions (CEO's, MD, Company Owner, Purchasing, Finance and Quality), bringing a people leader understanding that ensures engagement and fosters learning and development in a group setting. The key skills of this role and the confidence to inspire and create engagement while maintaining a high level of energy and engagement in groups: structured, detail-oriented in environments that require strong organizational skills.

As a confident, empathetic, and born networker, you are well-versed in creating an atmosphere of trust and mutual support.

Als Freelance-Chair Vorsitzender haben Sie mindestens 15 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen (Finanzen, Qualitätsmanagement, Einkauf, Unternehmertum oder Geschäftsführung) und ein fundiertes wirtschaftliches Verständnis, dass es Ihnen ermöglicht Mitglieder einer Peer-Group beim voneinander Lernen zu unterstützen und weiter zu entwickeln.

Sie können andere Menschen in Meetings motivieren, inspirieren und einen Teamgeist aufbauen. Ihre Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und geprägt von einem großen Organisationstalent.

Als selbstbewusste und empathische Führungspersönlichkeit haben Sie Spaß im Umgang mit anderen Führungskräften und sehen sich selbst als Netzwerker.
