- Developing and updating business continuitymanagement at the Oberkirchenrat and supporting the departments inthe introduction of new procedures
- Identifying and assessing the potential impact on businessoperations due to disruptions to IT systems
- Creation of business continuity and recovery plans and regulartesting of these with the help of emergency tests
- Advising the specialist departments on setting up andmaintaining an organization-wide emergency management system
