Verantwortlich für die Leitung strategischer Projekte, als Teil der Corporate Technology, nutzen Sie Ihre umfassenden Kenntnisse im Prozessmanagement und Ihre Fähigkeit, cross-funktionale Teams zu inspirieren und zu leiten, um unsere Position als innovativer Weltmarktführer zu festigen und kontinuierlich auszubauen. Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams Ihre Aufgaben:• Leitung (globaler) Transformationsprojekte zur Steigerung der Innovationskraft und Prozessoptimierung
• Effektives Team- und Stakeholder-Management zur Sicherstellung des Projekterfolgs
• Entwicklung, Implementierung und Betreuung effizienter Innovationsmanagement-Systeme und -Prozesse
• Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Kompetenzen im Themenfeld des Innovationsmanagements, u.a. mit Blick auf digitale Durchgängigkeit der Toollandschaft und Nachhaltigkeit in der Produktentstehung
• Durchführung von Analysen, Benchmarkings und kontinuierliche Bewertung der Innovations-Performance
• Pflege und Ausbau von Kooperationen und Netzwerken mit Hochschulen und Best-Practice Partnern
• Management Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung strategischer Unternehmensziele und bei der Organisation von Strategiemeetings Ihr Profil:
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt des (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesens oder äquivalenter Studiengänge
• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Innovationsmanagement, R&D, Produktmanagement oder Projektmanagement in einer entsprechenden Linienfunktion in der produzierenden Industrie oder als Unternehmensberater
• Umfassendes Wissen in Innovationsmanagement, inklusive Methoden wie Design Thinking, Business Model Innovation und agiles Projektmanagement
• Fähigkeit zur Leitung von Prozessoptimierungen und Veränderungsprozessen, untermauert durch methodische Kompetenzen in Organisationsentwicklung und Change Management
• Analytische und konzeptionelle Stärke, gepaart mit professionellem Auftreten und starken Präsentationsfähigkeiten
• Überzeugende Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
• Starkes Interesse an Technologietrends und Lernbereitschaft
