- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to financial management processes.
- Design and configure Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions to meet client needs, including chart of accounts setup, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on system functionality and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.
- Strong understanding of financial management processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
- Experience with other modules of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, such as procurement, inventory management, and project accounting, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Certification in Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent is preferred.
