    Quick Commerce is a fast-growing business unit within foodora and Yemeksepeti, which are part of Delivery Hero, a global leader in online food ordering and delivery services. Quick Commerce consists of two main business segments - Dmarts (own-inventory model) and Shops (marketplace model), which are focused on delivering ultra-fast and convenient on-demand delivery solutions to customers in the EU region.

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Media Solutions Specialist , to join our regional team in Europe. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Retail Media of Quick Commerce and will be responsible for leading Ad-Tech strategy, performance and special projects initiatives across the Dmart and Shops businesses.

    Responsibilities:

    • Overlook and execute the business strategy for Media Solutions within Dmarts and Shops in Europe, with a focus on driving excellence, enhancing retail media maturity and building strong partnerships with brands
    • Drive cross-functional collaboration with country teams and media solutions teams within foodora, Yemeksepeti and Delivery Hero to ensure alignment and maximize synergies across the organization
    • Lead special AdTech projects across the Dmart and Shops businesses, which may include new tool launches, process improvements and technology implementations
    • Collect and propose Media Solutions product/features needs, proactively identify and address any issues or opportunities related to AdTech implementation, ensuring a smooth and efficient advertising process
    • Oversee campaign management and utilize campaign performance data analytics, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of advertising campaigns
    • Collaborate closely with foodora's partners to educate them on emerging Retail Media trends, understand their business objectives and tailor AdTech solutions to meet their unique needs

    Requirements:

    • At least 3-5 years of experience in an advertisement agency, AdTech, brand or retailer on eCommerce related and/or PPC role (AmazonAds, Criteo, CitrusAd etc), ideally within FMCG field
    • Proven experience in AdTech and Retail Media/eCommerce, with a focus on campaign management and optimization (certifications are a plus)
    • Strong understanding of AdTech platforms, programmatic advertising and data analytics to drive data-driven decision-making
    • Familiarity with the latest trends and advancements in the advertising and media industry
    • Excellent communication (fluency in English) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
