Role: HR IT Transformation Subject Matter Expert (Consultant & Project Manager)

Type: Freelance

Length: 6 months

Where: Remote, customer in Hamburg

Context: This customer are looking to modernise their entire HR IT landscape which involves both an organisational change, and a system change. For this reason, they're looking to engage an experienced HR IT Consultant/Project Manager who has the following:

• HR IT: Implementation experience of SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience as a Consultant/PM for HR IT integrations into: SAP HR, Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, etc.
• Strong Consulting and implementation experience - 5+ years
• Fluent German is ideal, English is OK if you are within Europe
