What you'll be doing in your new role:

• Being the point of contact for trade professionals from consultation to order processing, customer care, and quote follow-up
• Building and strengthening customer relationships with solid technical knowledge and solution-oriented, friendly demeanor
• Working constructively with our external sales team

What we expect from you:

• Completed commercial and/or technical education
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Independent, target, and solution-oriented work approach
• Ideally, existing knowledge in the SHK area
• Genuine passion for sales
• Industry newcomers are welcome
