We are looking for a talented and dedicated QA Engineer to join our team, who will work close with the software engineers and product owner focusing on the testingof K8s operators for data technologies with a focus on testing on different levels and tests automation.

In this role, you will be responsible for test design, manual execution, and test automation for K8s operators that enable the efficient deployment, scaling, and management of data-related servicesand technologies within our Kubernetes infrastructure.

Requirements and dependencies analysis for Kubernetes (K8s) operators tailoredfor data technologies, including databases, data processing frameworks, and related tools.

Close collaboration with Data dev team to understand implementation details, functionality, and planned scope.

Close collaboration with QA engineers of other teams to understand possibletechnical dependencies.

The individual must be a middle to senior level in test design and tests automation with a provenskills and experience with Data technologies, API testing, pytest .

Commercial experience in testing and tests automation for large scale projects,
Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, agile and scrum methodologies,
Deep understanding of different types (functional, regression, security, availability, etc) and levels (component, integration, e2e) of testing,

Experience with data technologies ( PostgreSQL, Kafka , etc),
Strong user experience with Jira, Confluence, test management software ,
Experience with infrastructure platform projects,
