• You not only implement the REWE sales concept, but also actively contribute with your ideas to shaping the assortment and implementing advertising and sales measures.
• You manage sales, costs, inventory development, and the implementation of quality management.
• You support your team with advice and action, lead by example, and create duty schedules.
• An appreciative leadership at eye level and a trusting collaboration are a given for you.
• You ensure that our customers feel completely comfortable with competent advice and courteous service.
• You guarantee excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness with your attention to detail.
• You are responsible for compliance with legal and operational regulations.
