Wir suchen eine Therapielotsin in Frankfurt,Bereitschaft, Patienten in der Praxis und direkt in ihrem Lebensumfeld – bei Hausbesuchen, in unseren kooperierenden Pflegeheimen oder Kitas zu behandeln.
Ganzheitliche Ansatz: Du arbeitest nach dem Prinzip der ICF und verfolgst einen interdisziplinären Ansatz, bei dem Betätigung, Teilhabe & Beziehungsaufbau im Fokus stehen.
