Your Role & Impact
As a (Senior) Manager - Product Services & Client Software Delivery, you will play a key role in delivering tailored software solutions to clients, ensuring seamless integration, and driving long-term value.
Your responsibilities include:
Supporting sales teams with client discovery meetings and product demonstrations.
Creating technical solution presentations and customised proposals.
Translating business and technical needs into user stories and solution scopes.
Conducting requirements engineering with business and IT stakeholders.
Advising clients on software implementation and integration strategies.
Leading proof-of-value projects to showcase solution effectiveness.
Managing client-specific delivery and customisation projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
Providing product training and ongoing client support during the hyper-care phase.
Acting as a key feedback provider to product management, influencing roadmap and strategy.
Maintaining strong client relationships post-implementation as a trusted advisor.
What You Bring:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT consulting, software delivery, or product services.
Strong technical expertise in data, interfaces, ERP & CRM systems, and software integration.
Solid experience with IT project management and agile methodologies.
Passion for emerging technology trends, including cloud computing, app development, and AI.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, translating business needs into digital solutions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, working effectively with clients, consultants, and developers.
Industry experience in Consumer Goods, Retail, Wholesale, Industrials, or B2B markets is a plus.
Fluent in English and German.
