Position: Project Lead and Data Analyst at a Private Health Insurance Company

• Independently managing strategic, time-sensitive, and complex issues as well as special tasks
• Leading and participating in projects, such as new product development
• Analysing existing, performance, and competitive data to develop new approaches for portfolio management and performance policies
• Identifying and prioritizing optimization opportunities based on current and future market trends and corporate strategy

Requirements:

• A good balance of being a team player and having expertise
• Successfully completed university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics) and/or several years of work experience in private health insurance
• Several years of professional experience in private health insurance, knowledge of the business model, and legal and regulatory framework
• Strong analytical, conceptual, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial thinking abilities, high sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and professional communication skills
• Professional interaction with employees at all levels, as well as independent and systematic work
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions, adept in presentation techniques, and good verbal and written English skills
