Currently, we are looking to fill the following position without an end date:

Administrative staff in the HR department (50%) Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Preparatory and control activities related to salary processing for approximately 150 employees
• Correspondence with social security institutions
• Working time / absence recording
• Mobility / A1 certificates
• Management of job tickets
• Support in daily operations

We expect from you:

• Successfully completed vocational training as a clerk or comparable qualification
• Basic knowledge in labor and social security law
• Professional experience in a similar role is desirable
• Structured, independent, and diligent work ethic
• Good practical software skills (especially MS Office)
