Job summary
We are looking for a Customer Security Director to enable sales of our full product portfolio by providing customers with proof points conveying our comprehensive security position.As a Customer Security Director you will be responsible for strengthening Ericsson's capability to sell deliver develop solutions that optimally meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities include giving proactive security advice serving as key contact between customer Ericsson communicating customer concerns accurately reflecting them contractually building structure verifying delivery promised contractually collaborating with full security community supporting pre sales post sales capacity assessing customers' requirements advising correct solutions services meeting expectations driving project delivery gap closure analyzing customer technology defining business requirements participating risk analysis being part of diverse team continuously learning growing empowered proactively establishing yourself trusted security advisor towards customer internal partners
- Lead internal projects balancing strategic oversight hands-on management
- Manage relationships enabling coordination between internal external teams stakeholders
- Communicate expertise both audiences supporting Ericsson posture decision-makers
