TEC Partners are working with an excellent company who are currently looking for Software Engineering Manager.

You will also be responsible for a team of 10 - predominantly leading/managing but also some lighter hands-on work where required.

You nurture the growth of both the team and individual employees, fostering their social and professional skills to empower, inspire, and enhance efficiency within work processes

You assist your team in autonomously and purposefully integrating requirements from concurrent development projects, following agile methodologies to achieve successful outcomes.

You'll collaborate with the team, assuming the responsibilities of a DevOps Engineer, to guarantee that robust development and quality assurance tools, along with an optimised build and deployment pipeline, underpin the team's daily operations effectively.

You serve as a coach for the team, utilising questioning and reflective techniques to address behaviours and challenges, fostering shifts in perspective, facilitating decision-making processes, and steering change initiatives.

As a vital member of the R&D Leadership Team, you'll play a key role in advancing the development domain by enhancing leadership, skills, methodologies, and processes.

You hold a university degree in computer science, engineering, or natural sciences, coupled with extensive hands-on experience in software development.

Furthermore, you boast substantial professional expertise in managing development teams within product development contexts.

Proficient in both German and English, you excel in effective communication, demonstrating a positive and confident demeanour even amidst challenging circumstances.

You possess the ability to persuade, inspire, and actively contribute to team cohesion towards shared objectives.
