Your Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of construction managers for photovoltaic open-space systems
• Train, develop, and optimize processes to enhance team efficiency
• Plan capacities for your team
• Analyze construction processes and implement improvement measures
• Collaborate closely with internal/external project partners to ensure project implementation
• Ensure projects comply with relevant standards and regulations
• Maintain safety and quality standards at construction sites and report to the project execution department

Your Profile:

• Hold a master's or technician degree in construction or electrical engineering, or a relevant technical degree
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of renewable energy construction, preferably in photovoltaics
• Have experience in construction supervision, knowledge of renewable energy installation and construction technology
• Strong communication and cooperation skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Display excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire your team
• Have a practical and creative problem-solving mindset
• Proficient in MS-Office, MS-Project is desirable
• Willingness to travel (nationwide) and hold a Class B driver's license
• Excellent German skills, additional language proficiency is advantageous
