- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung eines Fertigungsbereichs hinsichtlich Qualitätsplanung, Qualitätsprüfung und kontinuierlicher Qualitätsverbesserung
- Qualitätsvorausplanung für Neuprojekte
- Anleitung/Anweisung eines Qualitätsmitarbeiters
- Überwachung und Durchsetzung von Qualitätsvorgaben
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prüfverfahren und Fertigungsprozesse
- Analyse von Fehlerschwerpunkten verbunden mit Maßnahmen zur Fehlerprävention
- Erreichung der Kundenfreigabe für Produkte und Prozesse
- Pflege der Kundenportale
- Durchführung von Bemusterungen
- Vorbereitung und ggf. Durchführung von internen und externen Audits
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Aufrechterhaltung des Managementsystems
- Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden in allen qualitätsrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Fertigungs- oder Produktionstechnik
- Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion, idealerweise in der Automobilindustrie (8D, FMEA, SPC, etc.)
- Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Industriestandards und der damit verbundenen Verfahren (APQP, PPAP, IATF )
- Kenntnisse der Regelwerke DIN EN ISO 9001, IATF , VDA 6.3, DIN EN ISO
- Weiterführende Qualifikation "Interne/r Auditor/in" wünschenswert
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung
- Strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Erste Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung wünschenswert
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
