- You will be the first point of contact for technical issues and questions from the employees of the Blood Donation Service, including our service partners.
- You will answer technical questions and identify/resolve potential issues using common remote support tools via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- You will document technical problems and activities in the ticketing system.
- You will advise employees on selecting services from the IT service catalog.
- You will manage users in Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, and Citrix XenApp Server farm.
- You will monitor all components involved in the IT process for security and availability using existing monitoring tools.
- You will collaborate closely with IT system administrators, colleagues from other IT areas, and external service partners.
- You will handle the installation, initial configuration, and repair processing of various IT hardware components.
- You will assist with relocations involving IT components.
- Completed vocational training as a computer scientist specializing in system integration or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
- Several years of experience in the specified field is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems, Apple IOS, LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructures, Citrix XenApp, and VMware.
- ITIL knowledge and experience is a plus.
- Flexibility and participation in IT on-call services.
- High analytical skills and quality-conscious work.
- Reliability, responsibility, and teamwork.
- Good written and verbal German skills.
- Full-time 38.5 hours/week.
