- Strategic Consulting and Leadership : Advise and support large enterprises in their digital transformation, acting as a trusted advisor at the management level
- Leading Major IT Projects : Responsible for the management and successful execution of complex, large-scale IT software projects and technology platforms
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key enterprise customers
- Team Leadership and Development : Lead and motivate a team of highly skilled consultants and experts, fostering their professional development and ensuring high performance and satisfaction within the team
- Process Optimization : Advise clients on the development and implementation of process changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Project Oversight and Quality Assurance : Maintain an overview of transformation projects, manage stakeholders, escalate when necessary, and resolve challenges early. This includes preparation, planning, migration, management, monitoring, and execution of scalable DevOps, Red Hat, SAP, Confluent, and OpenShift platform projects
- Innovative Technical Solutions : Implement and monitor highly scalable IT software projects and technology platforms
- Completed studies with an IT-technical and/or (business) economics focus or comparable professional experience
- Several years of project and consulting experience, particularly in the insurance sector, banking, and financial services industry
- Experience in supporting complex transformation projects
- Confident presence at the decision-maker level, solution- and implementation-oriented, decisiveness, entrepreneurial thinking, and strategic action
- Management and motivation of agile IT expert teams
- In-depth knowledge of current digitalization trends and a personal network in the business world are desirable
- Excellent communication skills, including methodological presentation and moderation skills
- Fluent and precise expression in German and English
- Ability to communicate technical ideas in business-friendly language
- Interest in modern organizational structure and an agile work environment (SCRUM)
- Openness, customer orientation, and enjoyment of working in an international environment
