Aufgaben/Job Profil Wir suchen einen Werkstudentenplatz im Fachbereich der Kantine am Standort Wiesbaden : Aufgaben - Financial Planning & Analysis Canteen Area Aufbau, erstellen und monatliche Berichte für das Management ist Teil der regelmäßigen Aufgaben in unserem Bereich. Darüber hinaus erfolgt hier in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fachbereich mit folgenden Schwerpunkten : Kenntnisse in Kostenkontrolle Verständnis für Wareneinsatz, Kalkulation von Material, Speisen und Getränken. Fähigkeit, Kosten im Blick zu behalten (z. B. Lebensmittel, Personal, Material und Energie). Budgetierung und Planung Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Überwachung des Kantinenbudgets.
Unterstützung bei der Planung von Sonderaktionen oder Veranstaltungen
Planung und Analyse der relevanten Finanzzahlen und Optimierungspotenziale Du bereitest Reportings visuell auf und unterstützt bei Analysen mit Ausblick auf Prozessverbesserungen und Kostenreduzierung Bestell-und Lagerwirtschaft Kenntnisse zur Optimierung von Bestellmengen , um Überbestände oder Engpässe zu vermeiden.
