- Provide strategic direction and oversight for the entire IT transformation program, encompassing application reduction and various other components managed by individual project managers.
- Management: Act as the umbrella authority, coordinating multiple projects to ensure they align with the overall transformation goals and deliver committed targets, including cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Alignment: Collaborate with global teams and other ongoing initiatives to maintain alignment and coherence in transformation efforts.
- Achievement: Ensure all transformation initiatives stay on track to meet deadlines, budgets, and performance targets.
- Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate progress, challenges, and successes, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+years of experience in IT project management, including 3+ years in a program management role.
- Proven experience in leading IT transformation projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and transformational change.
- Fluent in German and English
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
