    The Integrated Marketing Lead Germany role is accountable for the success of a team of integrated marketing managers who design and implement marketing execution strategies aligned to the area business priorities and the global demand center frameworks.

    The role will collaborate with regional and core teams as well as local functional leads, business groups, sales, communications, finance, and business operations to ensure the marketing plan is relevant, impactful, and measurable.

    The role will also supervise the marketing operations, budget, compliance, and reporting for the team. The role will mentor and support the team members, helping them grow and develop their skills and capabilities.     Required/Minimum Qualifications:


    Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND Solid experience in integrated marketing (e.g., campaign planning and execution, digital marketing), event management, program management, marketing operations (including campaign reporting and analysis), or related work experienceOr equivalent experience.

    Marketing Planning and Execution· Drives formulation of local marketing strategy and integrated marketing plans aligned to area business strategy and priorities.

    Leads partnerships with regional and local functional leads including Business Groups, Sales, Communications, Finance, and Business Operations to establish the appropriate marketing plan.

    Considers event (e.g., digital channels) purpose (e.g., acquisition, nurture), and maintains close alignment to global event framework to ensure consistency and digital signals.

    Drives implementation of plans, strategies, and frameworks for local integrated marketing plans across business areas based on appropriate business priorities.

    Ensures plans reflect the importance of connected customer journeys and data-driven decision-making. Ensures local media investments support corporate strategy and local area priorities. Leverages internal and external feedback about the quality of the plan and deep expertise to provide continuous marketing-plan refinements.

    Measurement· Draws insights from aggregate analyses and key performance indicator (KPI) reports to inform long-term marketing and business-planning decision making.

    Interprets findings and their implications for multiple businesses, including accelerating the data-driven marketing culture in the local area. Leads storytelling processes and simplifies content for reporting to leaders and stakeholders.

    Ensures that best practices around creating use cases are shared with key stakeholders and business partners to drive local adoption of globally available tools and analytics.

    Evangelizes marketing insights tools for sellers to drive adoption and use. Provides coaching to less experienced employees on business context, interpretation, and the implications of findings.

    Marketing Operations· Drives the Rhythm of Connection (RoC) with local stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of Global Demand Center (GDC) strategies and messaging.

    Ensures any marketing budget or spend management governance is against plan and appropriately tracked. Ensures event or campaign delivery is consistent with marketing plan and is progressing appropriately.

    Ensures marketing activities and local website properties are fully within global guidance and compliance standards (e.g., accessibility, privacy, security, area company brand) as well as local compliance standards.

    Ensures shared understanding by creating an environment where everyone does their best work. Builds scalable processes across teams to drive operational efficiency. Drives change management and communication across various stakeholders. Leverages knowledge of work done by team, and the work of other teams, to drive collaboration efforts.
