- Centrally manage the end-to-end process of #HACKAYOURCAREER, a global people development program for Tech. Identify and drive program enhancement initiatives.
- Supporting the roll-out of projects/HR initiatives and ensuring that deadlines are met, and objectives achieved.
- Working closely with involved superiors, team and involved departments to ensure the full scale and direction of each project on schedule.
- Supporting the team's initiatives in research, analysis and preparation as well as implementation and communication requirements per project/HR initiative.
- Organization of meetings and workshops, support in preparing the content, summarizing the results and taking and distributing notes from meetings, as well as the follow-up of action steps in a timely manner and conducting follow-up discussions.
- Supporting the team in administrative tasks such as planning and managing national and international travels, purchasing/supplier management, invoicing, communication, logistics.
- Ensuring continuous learning in terms of people strategy
- Build up and maintain a good working relationship with internal business counterparts and ensure sufficient level of service for the respective area.
- Contact person for team leads on all HR related topics (especially onboarding, offboarding, parental leave, works council topics etc.).
- Organize and carry out general administrative tasks assigned by the Senior Director HR.
- Build up and maintain a close working relationship with GBS, OWM and Controlling to ensure constant and proper information flow.
- Support the integration of new employees from HR side
- Ensure updates of SAP and all relevant HR lists (OWM reporting/SAC, OM maintenance, Aspen tickets etc.)
