What to Expect:

• You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of currently twelve external logistics partners (Third Party Logistics - 3PL) in Germany.
• You will be entrusted with leading, directing, and developing a team of eleven.
• You will report to the Commercial Supply Chain Leader Transport & Distribution at the Frankfurt location and have various interfaces such as our logistics purchasing in Luxembourg, our quality department, and other Ferrero teams nationally and internationally.
• Ensuring compliance with our quality guidelines in handling our packaging and finished goods forms the basis of your daily work, including regular quality audits.
• By using defined KPIs for your area of responsibility, you will manage your logistics partners, identify, and define corresponding improvement potentials.
• By participating in national and international projects, you contribute to the strategic development of our supply chain.

What We Expect:

• Business education or a degree in logistics
• Extensive professional experience in the supply chain field with relevant leadership experience
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects
• Excellent SAP and MS Office skills
• Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken
• Structured and results-oriented work approach, analytical and conceptual skills
• Assertiveness combined with a positive attitude, empathy, and flexibility
• High level of quality and cost awareness
