We're working with Picnic on this exciting opportunity. This 2-year graduate program is your launchpad into the heart of a fast-growing scale-up, offering direct responsibility and impactful projects in a commercial or customer-facing role.

The Role

• Drive an exceptional app experience by collaborating with Category Managers, Designers, and Tech Teams.

• Analyze customer behavior to derive smart insights, improve app features, and optimize pricing strategies.

• Identify market trends and customer needs to continuously evolve our product assortment.

• Develop tools and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial activities.

• Lead cross-functional projects focusing on marketing, customer experience, and operational excellence for growth.

• Take full responsibility for your projects from day one, making a visible impact on the business.

What You'll Need

• Master's degree in a STEM field (e.g., Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Econometrics) or Business/Economics (e.g., Business Administration, Finance).

• Strong affinity for numbers and excellent analytical skills.

• Initial professional experience through internships or working student roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

• Eagerness to take on operational tasks and full responsibility for your areas.

• Fluent in both German and English for effective communication in an international setting.

• Availability to work four to five days a week in the Düsseldorf office.
