- Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Produktionsprozesses für Livestreaming-Inhalte vor, während und nach den Shows
- Erstellung interaktiver und zeitgemäßer Livestream-Shows in Abstimmung mit dem Community Manager und Auswahl der richtigen Gastgeber und Talente für jede Marke und Zielgruppe
- Entwicklung von Guidelines für Stakeholder wie Agenturen, Influencer und Moderatoren basierend auf Best Practices aus dem Markt
- Definition neuer Prozesse zur Verbesserung bestehender Arbeitsabläufe und Skalierung der Livestream-Produktion
- Sicherstellung des technischen Setups (Bild, Ton, Licht) entsprechend den neuesten Standards
- Regelmäßige Kommunikation von Reporting und Learnings an das Livestreaming-Team zur Gewährleistung von Konsistenz und Wissensaustausch
- Bachelor-Abschluss in Marketing, Kommunikation, Mediengestalter Bild und Ton oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Erfahrung in der Live-Übertragung, Videoproduktion oder Live-Streaming-Workflows
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Kamera, Licht, Ton und der Adobe Creative Cloud
- Erfahrung in der Livestream-Produktion und Begeisterung für neue Medien und Social Media
- Entscheidungsfreudig und kommunikationsstark
- Hands-on-Mentalität und Flexibilität in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld
- Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit Teams auf dem Markt und international
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
