Job summary
This role provides an opportunity to be a leader at the ground level of Harman's sustainability strategy for the automotive division while creating a large path for future career opportunities in a field that is expanding at a rapid rate.Responsibilities
- Understand and monitor global legislation, industry and customer requirements in regards to circularity, recycled content and end-of-life strategies
- Drive the circularity strategy for the Automotive division and coordinate execution in line with corporate and divisional goals, industry requirements and customer trends
- Establish and maintain best in class product recycled content methodology/life-cycle-assessment capabilities and oversee integration of circularity into strategic business planning
- Drive circularity initiatives in the functions and work collaboratively with the product development operations teams implementing measuring tracking implementation
- Serve as advisor business partner link directly supporting business unit functional leaders on circularity initiatives goals methodology
