Job Description

Adhesive seals are widely spread at Bosch in both automotive and non-automotive applications.

• During your internship, you will support us in the further developing a standard sealing technology to prepare successful implementation in our future product portfolio.
• You will be responsible for planning, conducting and analyzing experiments in the area of chemical assembly & interconnect technology (AIT).
• Last but not least, your objective will be to elucidate fundamental cause-effect relationships between the processing of an adhesive sealant and the properties and reliability of the produced adhesive bond in corrosive environments. The adhesive bonding procedure comprises adhesive application, joining and curing.

Qualifications

• Education: studies in the field of Chemical Engineering, Process/Production Engineering, Material Sciences, Chemistry or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: first experience in Design of Experiments(DoE)
• Personality and Working Practice: structured, analytical, open-minded and independent
• Enthusiasm: joy inpractical work in laboratories, comfortable in interdisciplinary environment
• Languages: good in English

Start: September 2024

Duration: 3 - 6 months
