At Aggreko, we provide energy solutions so communities can thrive, and businesses can grow. We bring power, heat and cooling to customers and communities wherever they need it. We are hiring immediately for a Technical Trainer to work with and train our Technician (Service Engineer) within Germany.
This role offers the right candidate an opportunity to make this position their own, from rewriting/writing training plans and content themselves, to bringing forth their ideas to restructure things. This role allows them to play a vital role within the company, therefore we are also strongly looking for someone who values creating and upholding relationships with management.

Job description:
You will deliver technical training on our power generation and temperature control (HVAC) products to our operations teams across Germany (both in person and via MS teams).
You will maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness within the Workday.
You will manage liability for technical training delivery through continuous risk assessment and mitigation, with special responsibility for "Live" training (i.e. using live running equipment and/or on Live operational Sites/Depots).
As part of a global team, this role will ensure a high standard of delivery of technical training, primarily to Operations teams, to accelerate time to competency. The role will also provide subject matter expertise to aid in the development of future content as well enabling the continual improvement of the existing technical curriculum.
