    Independent research with the aim to submit a dissertation and acquire the Ph.
    Participation in research projects of the research group
    Teaching tutorial courses for the degree programmes in information and communications engineering and/or robotics and artificial intelligence
    Student mentoring

    Completed Diploma or Master's studies at a domestic or foreign higher education institution in the field of electrical engineering, information and communications engineering, informatics or related fields.

    Proven programming skills in two or more among C/C++, Python, Java, MATLAB and VHDL
    Fluent in written and spoken English
    Knowledge of German
    Good social and team work competences
    First research contributions
    Relevant international experience


    This position serves the purposes of the vocational and scientific education of graduates of Master's or Diploma degree programmes and sets the goal of completing a Doctoral degree / a Ph.

    The Pervasive Computing Group is part of the Department of Networked and Embedded Systems at the University of Klagenfurt.

    The department is a leading partner of the university's key research strength «networked and autonomous systems» with a strong emphasis on communications and networking, wireless sensor and camera networks as well as autonomous robot and drone systems.

    Various projects are conducted in collaboration with industrial and research partners.
