    Aufgaben

    The job at a glance

    Join our team and you'll be responsible for the technical implementation of one of StepStone's core technical products: StepStone Connect – it enables our clients to have a more frictionless application process and helps StepStone to understand and evaluate the quantity and quality of applications that we deliver to our customers.

    Working in the B2B Enterprise Product Enablement department you will integrate clients by supporting them to deliver all relevant parameters to us and manage/maintain existing integrations.

    This is so important to us. By joining our team, you will be playing a vital role as together we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.

    Your responsibilities:

    • Integrate clients by supporting them to deliver all relevant parameters to us and manage/maintain existing integrations
    • Manage requests that come into the (Salesforce) case queue and deal with these appropriately on a per client basis to ensure our product works as planned
    • Error reporting, management and escalation: Monitor errors with a dashboard and decide on the best actions to solve them involving different stakeholders internally and externally
    • Analyse (performance) data and report on changes and anomalies across KPIs
    • Join calls and meetings with clients / ATSs and internal stakeholders

    Profil
    • Demonstratable experience of query ownership from initial report through to resolution
    • Excellent communication and active listening skills across different seniority levels
    • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
    • Ability to collect, track, and analyse data and derive conclusions
    • Business fluent in both German and English Language
