- Maintains compensation databases and ensures employment records are properly maintained in the system
- Maintain working hours and leave requests, and support managers with effective absenteeism management
- Coordinates payroll and benefits processing, ensuring that transactions are delivered to deadline and in accordance with regulations, policies and procedures
- Reviews payroll reports for accuracy and makes adjustments as necessary
- Serves as a point of contact for employees with payroll or benefits questions
- Prepares a variety of scheduled and ad hoc reports for analysis
- Participates in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits related policies and procedures
- Support in employer branding activities such as building and communicating the Company's Employer Branding.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (business fluency in English and German languages is required)
- Exceptional work ethic coupled with a sense of humour
- Knowledge of luxury retail industry and passion for Fashion business is preferred
- MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) , as well as experience with HRIS systems for data management and time & attendance keeping
- 2-3 years' experience within the Compensation and Benefits department as first contact for vendors and service stakeholders
- 2-3 years' practical experience with payroll systems, practices and procedures
- Strong HRMS technical skills as demonstrated by the ability to generate and analyze various reports using Excel and other reporting tools
- Ability to maintain and manage information of a confidential or sensitive nature
