    More than 300 million customers shop at Amazon's store. Every day, customers browse, purchase, and review products sold by third-party sellers right alongside products sold by Amazon.

    Since 2000, Amazon has offered this virtual shelf space to individuals and companies of all sizes, helping them reach hundreds of millions of customers, build their brands, and grow their business.

    Fast-forward to the present day, and these third-party seller products account for more than half of all units sold in our store.

    To expand the growth of Fulfillment by Amazon, we are looking for a

    Strategic Account Manager FBA Inbound (f / m / d) in Berlin.


    You will be part of a highly motivated and dynamic team and support building premium services for our Selling Partners to further improve their experience regarding operational processes in our Amazon warehouses.

    You will partner with select Selling Partners to identify friction points and find adequate solutions, and will be responsible for piloting them:


    • You conduct deep dives with internal Amazon data as well as interviews with Selling Partners and external transportation partners to better understand challenges, design potential solutions and quantify their impact.
    • You manage the pilot phase for solutions from A-Z, and are the One Face to Customer to be able to quickly learn and react if necessary.
    • You support the scaling of prioritized solutions and will generate and lead all trainings and/or educational materails for internal and external stakeholders.
    • You set up a comprehensive project management and inspect progress through relevant mechanisms like Weekly Business Meetings
    • You support the senior leadership team in drawing up budgets and forecasts.
    Key job responsibilities

    • Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities across a wide spectrum of customer engagement levels
    • Experience proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer's business
    • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
    • Several years of experience in business development / sales / salesengineering / consulting (toptier firm), preferably in the technology, internet and ecommerce sectors.
    • Very good analytic skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade, convince and explain complex concepts to a senior audience.
    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
    • Experience leading business analysis, process improvements, change management and data interpretation at scale.
    • Proven ability to work with crossfunctional teams across business development, marketing, operations, product development, legal teams, etc.
    • You show a strong "cando" attitude and inspire your peers/stakeholders to achieve ambitious goals together
    Preferred qualifications

    • Advanced Excel skills
    • SQL / ETL knowledge

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
    • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
    • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • Experience proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer's business
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience in B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business
