- Overall Project Management from kick-off to go-live.
- Being the focal contact point for all internal and external parties.
- Managing stakeholders while balancing business and technical needs.
- Configuration of our internal systems and API interface for data exchange (no programming required).
- Support the customers development team with software configuration, such as testing of interfaces and data flows.
- Preparation of operational processes for parcel shipping from the customer's outgoing goods warehouse.
- A university degree or comparable training in the relevant field.
- First experience in Project Management - ideally within (technical) integration projects.
- Good understanding of(parcel) logistics, eCommerce, supply chain, SaaS or related areas.
- Knowledge and experience in understanding and reading log files, XML, JSON, API, EDI, etc.
- Business fluent in German and English.
