* Lead a full IT strategic review (applications, infrastructure, organisation, governance, vendors, costs security) across multiple entities* Analyse the current IT operating model within a holding system identifying gaps risks opportunities* Develop a target IT strategy roadmap aligned with business growth digitalisation clinical operations* Act as senior sparring partner to CFO Board preparing presenting high-quality strategic documents* Ensure appropriate consideration cybersecurity data protection regulatory requirements especially in healthcare clinical contextJobbeschreibung
