- Sie betreuen Patentanmeldungen und bearbeiten patentamtliche Bescheide selbstständig und in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Fachfirmen und Anwälten.
- Sie führen regelmäßige und spezielle IP-Beobachtungen und Recherchen mit entsprechender Risikoabschätzung in Bezug auf Handlungsfreiheit und Exklusivität durch.
- Sie bearbeiten IP-Projekte, Vertragsangelegenheiten und arbeitnehmererfinderrechtliche Erfordernisse wie Erfindungsvergütungen.
- Sie beraten zu IP-Aspekten unserer Technologieprojekte.
- Außerdem übernehmen Sie gegebenenfalls die Stellvertretung des Leiters der Patentabteilung.
- Sie haben Ihr Studium in einer technischen Fachrichtung, idealerweise mit Schnittpunkten zur Photovoltaik, erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Sie haben erste Berufserfahrung im Patent-Bereich und kennen das Deutsche Patent- und Arbeitnehmererfinderrecht. Vorteilhaft sind außerdem Kenntnisse im Recherchieren von Patent- und Technologie-Informationen.
- Alternativ möchten wir auch Bewerber mit hervorragenden Kenntnissen in der Photovoltaik und Interesse an Patentaufgaben kennenlernen.
- Eine systematische, analytische Denkweise zeichnet Sie ebenso aus wie Ziel- und Service-Orientierung.
- Sie beherrschen die gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel.
Ideal wären weitere gute Kenntnisse in der Datenauswertung und -aufbereitung
sowie beim Erstellen technischer Grafiken. - Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
