    Job Title: Human Resources Director

    Location: GAP 15, Graf-Adolf-Platz 15, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany

    Salary:EUR 80k - EUR 120k plus bonus

    Position Overview:

    We seek a dynamic and experienced HR Director to join our team in Germany. The HR Director will be key in driving our people strategy, fostering a culture of excellence, and supporting our employees' growth and development. This position will lead the HR function, collaborating closely with senior leadership to align human resources initiatives with business objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR operations.
    • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
    • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives, promoting a positive work environment and a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering professional development and growth opportunities.
    • Partner with department heads and managers to address organizational needs and support business goals.
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, staying up-to-date on legal requirements and industry best practices.
    • Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
    • Collaborate with EU HR counterparts and CEO to share best practices, leverage resources, and promote consistency across regions.
    • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
    • Proven experience as an HR leader, with a minimum of 5-10 years in a managerial role.
    • Deep knowledge of German labor laws, regulations, and HR practices.
    • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Demonstrated experience in talent management, recruitment, and employee development.
    • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office suite
    • Native German Speaker and high-level English (advanced or higher).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's degree
    • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
    • Experience in renewable energy or related industries
