Responsibilities:

• Adaptation of the standard software to the needs of the respective client
• Critical analysis of requirements
• Familiarization with the existing source code
• Fixing of bugs
• Programming of modifications and applications
• Programming of interfaces and adaptation of modules. Support of interfaces to upstream and downstream systems and programs
• Carrying out all necessary tests and their documentation (according to the provisions of quality management)
• Participation in acceptance tests together with QM
• Creating the documentation
• Communication with other team members and colleagues of other teams
• Programming in Delphi / Pascal

Requirements:

• German (C1+)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Delphi Pascal Developer, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Delphi programming language and the Pascal language.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
• Experience with database development and SQL (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Experience with multi-threading and performance optimization is a plus.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is desirable.
