- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the entire operations function.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and guidelines to optimize efficiency and ensure compliance.
- Evaluate and refine existing processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Identify opportunities for automation and technological advancements to streamline logistics operations.
- Build and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the operations team.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and report on the performance of the operations department.
