    Responsibilities :

    Financial Governance:
    Establish robust financial governance frameworks and policies in alignment with PE fund standards to ensure transparency and compliance.

    Financial Reporting:
    Implement standardized financial reporting processes and procedures to provide accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders.

    Internal Controls:
    Strengthen internal controls and risk management systems to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risks associated with the acquisition.

    Integration Management:
    Lead the finance integration process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and optimize financial synergies.

    Performance Measurement:
    Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor financial performance post-acquisition and drive operational improvements.

    Strategic Planning:

    Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals and PE fund objectives.


    Investor Relations:

    Serve as the primary liaison for financial matters with investors, providing regular updates and reports on financial performance and strategic initiatives.


    Requirements :

    Financial Leadership:
    Proven track record of senior financial leadership roles, preferably in a post-acquisition or private equity-backed environment.

    Change Management:
    Strong change management skills with the ability to drive organizational change and transformation initiatives.

    Technical Expertise:
    Deep understanding of financial accounting, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.

    Communication Skills:
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.

    Analytical Thinking:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
