The position

The Product Manager is the primary interface for all involved functions within the process of design, manufacturing, sales and service of the products and act as a business line champion. He/she reports to the Head of Energy Transition.

The Product Manager Junior Energy Transition will support the Product Manager / Head of Energy Transition in his be responsibility for their respective product platform throughout the entire life cycle of the product portfolio.

Main responsibilities

• Complete roll out plans comprising of design.
• Compile Customer Requirement Specification (CRS).
• Create Project Initiation Document (PID).
• Prepare Internal and external launch of product.
• Specifying Global Configurator (coordinated with R&D and GCNF owner) and further support tools for the sales organization.
• Prepare Business plan, competitive pricing, target costing and specification analysis.
• Makes sure that Sales, Field Application Engineering, Application Engineering and Service receive training and technical information to support their activities during the product lifecycle.
• Prepare documentation and lead product content generation (manuals, presentations, application notes, white papers and publications in general), with the support of Marketing Communications.

Qualifications and Requirements

• BSc in electrical systems, renewable energies, power electronics, electrical engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge and interest of energy markets (fossil or renewables) and/or Energy Transition technologies
• First experience in technical & commercial roles in energy transition, renewables or power electronics industries
• Advanced user of MS Office package (Excel, Word, Teams etc.)
• The Job is international, covering opportunities globally
• Ideally based in Belecke but there is possibility to work remotely few days per week.
• No objections regarding international travel up to 30% of the time.
