- Serve as global design authority for the Spectrum Launch Vehicle ensuring integration of all subsystem kits into the vehicle architecture in coordination with Propulsion AGNC and LV Structures.
- Govern the global CAD model and EBOM ensuring harmonized BOM structure configuration control and release status tracking for all subsystems.
