    Join our Operations Team as a Performance Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) in Cologne

    Your Responsibilities

    • Manage and plan ad placements within Facebook Ad Manager
    • Analyze ad performance consistently, utilizing metrics like ROAS and conversion rate to shape data-driven strategies for optimizing ad targeting and content
    • Use AI technologies, such as ChatGPT, to expand ad reach
    • Create and enact automation tactics for enhancing processes and ad placements
    • Conduct A/B tests to identify the most successful ad creatives, targeting, and content strategies
    • Supervise ad budget allocation to ensure maximum campaign efficiency
    • Perform audience research to enhance demographic targeting

    Requirements

    • Proficient in handling Facebook Ad Manager for ad scheduling and management
    • Skilled in Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics effectively
    • Technologically savvy with solid technical expertise
    • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
    • Nice to have: Basic programming or scripting skills for automation enhancement
    • Nice to have: Graphic design skills for crafting engaging ad content
