Completed IT training, ideally as an IT specialist or IT systems administrator - career changers with professional experience in IT support are also welcome
Practical experience in IT support for users (remote/on-site) and working with a ticket system
Experience in working with Windows, Linux, MacOS, iOS and Android operating systems as well as common web browsers
Good knowledge of creating SQL queries and basic knowledge of a programming language
Good knowledge of German and English
